Building a community business is often a solitary experience. I'm launching this group to change that, and to give you some structure and practical guidance to help you avoid common pitfalls and design a community business that you’re proud of.
You might be asking questions like:
- "I have a community idea, but will people actually pay for it? How do I test before I fully commit?"
- "How do I position this so it feels clear, compelling, and true to me (and not like every other community else out there?)."
- "How do I design an onboarding and community experience that creates real belonging and value?"
- "I feel like an imposter. Who am I to lead this? What if it fails?"
- "I'm trying to build something 'perfect' before I launch. But I'm stuck in planning mode."
If those questions speak to you, you’re in the right place!
What will this mastermind focus on?
This group will help you navigate the complex terrain of launching and growing your community business, as well as exploring your own inner patterns and stories that might be getting in the way along the journey.

INNER GAME — UNBLOCKING
</aside>
- Over-worrying about what people on the internet will think
- Money issues that are preventing you from charging what you’re worth
- The “Fear of failure goblin” stopping you from crossing the bridge
- Navigating overwhelm and burnout of having too many ideas and tasks
- Learning how to let go of control and just go with the flow
- Building sustainable habits to keep you grounded as you build
Who is this for?
The group will be limited to 6–8 people. I’m hand-picking the participants.
Everyone in the group will be:
- In the early stages of building a community business (which means community is the core product - think paid memberships, cohort-based programs, masterminds, etc.)
- Be action-oriented and deeply committed to building something awesome
- Self-reflective and committed to self-inquiry alongside external strategy
- Bringing good, positive vibes only
The intention is to create a space where every member feels comfortable sharing their whole selves, leaving the armor at the door, and opening the curtain on both the tactical and emotional parts of growing their business. This is a space for real talk and real action.
